So, far the funky liquid hasn't made my sweat smell fishy the way sardines can (if you've ever eaten sardines for any length of time you know that "old man" smell I am talking about). One of the reasons I buy pouch salmon is to not have to deal with bones, skin, or excess water, so I hope they stop adding so much water or I will have to find a different product. But add lemon vinaigrette, diced red onion, capers, some pickling liquid from the capers jar, and some slivered or sliced almonds, and you have a great salad, with more potassium than most of us eat in a day.
