I was a little unsure for the first few uses (hard to trust that it wouldn't leak at all), but I had no issues with it all week. Even with a heavy flow, there was zero leakage (I have only been using the small size and changed it once mid-day and before bed and after waking up. I probably couldn't gone all of or most of the day, but I was (and am) still learning about how best to use the product for myself. Steep learning curve (especially for inserting), but by the end of the week, it was easy and comfortable (definitely nice to do in the shower until you're more comfortable with it). After getting used to taking it in and out, it's very clean and simple, even on heavy days. I don't see myself ever using something else. So much better than having to change tampons multiple times a day and worry all day about leaking and whatnot.
