But the way *I* use it, you'd think it was made for adults.This book is incredible. Every recipe we have tried has been a success. This isn't something one can easily say about baking books made for children. MOST baking books for children simplify things to a point of mediocre product... It goes something like this: The kids get their "I MADE THIS" satisfaction, and promptly the recipe is forgotten. After a couple recipes, then, the book is relegated to downstairs bookshelf, which then eventually make their way to the goodwill pile.THIS book is different. Every recipe we tried makes excellent product (I have even replaced some of my go-to recipes with recipes out of this book!) And the recipes are downright fool-proof, easy to follow, and (most importantly) leaves room for plenty of edits and extensions. You can tell a ton of effort has gone into research and perfection of these recipes.I now have recommended this book to multiple grown-ups.
