## Description

MTX TERMINATOR5 4x6" 2-Way 40-Watt RMS 4Ω Coaxial Speakers, Pair Upgrading your factory speakers is one of the easiest ways to get better sound in your car. Aftermarket speakers are able to handle more power and use better materials to deliver a better listening experience. The TERMINATOR Series speakers are designed to improve factory sound and work even better with an aftermarket radio and external amplifier. The TERMINATOR46 is a 4x6"coaxial speaker that is capable of handling up to 35W RMS power and has a 4Ω impedance. The unit includes a durable steel basket, polypropylene cone, and mylar dome tweeter. Point Source Technology The TERMINATOR46 utilizes a point source tweeter design that recesses the tweeter flush with the woofer cone. This design increases sonic accuracy as the sound waves from the tweeter and woofer do not intermix causing distortion. The point source tweeter also enables the speaker to have a shallower mounting depth making it usable in more applications. Aggressive Style The TERMINATOR46 features a red cone that looks great in any interior. The removable grille incorporates a trim ring that makes all mounting screw heads invisible once installed. Terminating Bad Sound Whether you are upgrading blown factory speakers, using them with source-unit amplification, or even putting them on a small aftermarket amplifier, the TERMINATOR series speakers are going to bring your music to life. The latest generation TERMINATOR speakers deliver exceptional sound quality at an unbeatable price. SPECIFICATIONS: Impedance: 4Ω RMS Power (Watts): 35 Sensitivity: 86.1dB (2.83V/1m) Frequency Response: 85Hz - 20kHz Cone Material: Polypropylene Grille Included: Yes Crossover: NA Mounting Depth: 1.57" (4.0 cm)

Review: Not to shabby - Installed in the dash positions in an 01 S10. Fit perfectly and the grills sit flush. Will definitely handle good, CLEAN power but should definitely crossover at 200+ hz. Have mine crossed at 200hz and they easily handle the 80wpc rms my amplifier delivers. Some descriptions say the tweeter is mylar or silk, my set is silk. Detailed sound and a warm midrange. Excellent speaker, sound and power handling of set up and used correctly.
Review: Great sounding speakers. Well worth the money - I'm very impressed at the clarity of these speakers. Direct fit for a 1980 Corvette.
