**Q: What is the expiration date now? I see you answered some asking the same question 9 months ago. Is it still the same date?**
A: It has been a long time since I bought it. So I do not know if it is the same now.

**Q: what are the ingredients and dosage?**
A: Dosage one a day, all natural. it works at the beginning, than it slowly stops working. it may work for someone who really does not need HRT. There is another menopace , menopace plus with additional pill. I believe that one works lot better than this single pill menopace. That's is just my own opinion after using it for about 6 months and still 'crawling up the wall".

**Q: Does this product contain magnesium stearate?**
A: I no longer use them so don't know, sorry

**Q: what form of magnesium? citrate? oxide?**
A: Magnesium Gluconate
