If you're brave, follow cousins Beth and Patrick to Libya in the 13th century. The town of Silene is being terrorized by a vicious animal that is eating livestock. The townspeople believe it's a dragon sent by the devil. In order to appease the beast, the people believe they must offer a human sacrifice—a young girl named Sabra. When Beth tries to help Sabra escape, she too is tied up as an offering for the dragon. Meanwhile, Patrick and a new friend named Hazi join Georgius, a Roman knight who is serving in Africa to keep peace. Georgius decides to find the dragon and kill it. Georgius's plans go awry when Beth and Sabra beg him not to kill the dragon. The girls know the true secret of Silene—the dragon isn't its worst enemy. Review: My 9-year old LOVES them (and he hates to read) - My 9 year old son, who HATES to read, absolutely LOVES this series of books! My son has struggled to learn to read since kindergarten. Now that he is in 3rd grade, he has steadily progressed in his reading ability. Anytime I ask him to read "required" material, he balks. Then, he recently discovered some Imagination Station books on his brother's bookshelf. He started reading and hasn't stopped. He's read 12 books in the past 3 weeks...which is HUGE for him! I wish these books were still being written because I don't know what he will read next. But, I'm thankful for the time he's had with this series. Additionally, the Imagination Station books have history thread throughout them. He's reading and learning at the same time. Thank you, Focus on the Family, for an amazing series! Review: Very interesting, clean, and suspenseful. Perfect for age listed! - My 7 yr old son LOVES this series (my five year old also really likes them, but cannot sit for as long to listen. But great for multiple ages). This is the first chapter book he will sit through and does not want to go to bed because he wants to know what happens. I love that these are clean books, with no hidden messages, that also inspire imagination and discuss history. We’ve read about six of the so far and plan to buy the whole series so he can keep rereading. If your child struggles with reading, or it’s just not their skill area, this is one that you will need to read to them. For more advanced readers (at this age) they can probably read it on their own. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #448,424 in Kindle Store ( See Top 100 in Kindle Store ) #20 in Children's African Historical Fiction (Books) #81 in Children's Medieval Historical Fiction Books #176 in Children's Time Travel Books | ## Images ![Hunt for the Devil's Dragon (AIO Imagination Station Books Book 11) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91TJIY-3ykL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My 9-year old LOVES them (and he hates to read) *by F***E on May 24, 2016* My 9 year old son, who HATES to read, absolutely LOVES this series of books! Otherwise, I enjoyed this very much. Patrick and Beth have traveled back in time to where there is a dragon. The legend is that the dragon was feeding on innocent blood, but it was found out it wasn't the dragon. What was it? You will need to read the book to find out! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/132232716-hunt-for-the-devils-dragon-aio-imagination-station-books-book](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/132232716-hunt-for-the-devils-dragon-aio-imagination-station-books-book) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
