The base of the Proglide blades looks rounded and concave, where the base of the Venus blade goes straight across. **Q: How long does this pack last you? How many times can I use one of the refills?** A: Hmmm. I started shaving my head some time ago, and used to whack myself fairly frequently. A friend told me she has her husband using these and he never cuts himself anymore, so I started using them. That must've been about six months ago, and I think I'm still on the same pack. I DID whack myself once though, so maybe changing the blade once a month would be a good guide.
