Unlike a number of other brands I have tried, this just does not feel like it's going to break anytime soon.I have now used it with all four probes doing two types of meat, and it worked perfectly. I checked the temperatures as read with another brand of Probe, and they were accurate. Guests liked the accuracy of the meats being done as ordered.You do need to have the manual, to understand how things work, but, in general the software and the App is reasonably intuitive.A touch I like, is in the App, you get a photo of the respective meats you select.A minor addition I would have liked is coloured meat flags, so that when the probes are removed, you can identify which meat is which.The magnetic base holds well to supported surfaces, and I like the Probe storage clips.I have a number of Napoleon products, and the Pro ones are generally well made, work very well, and will last.
