After replacing my screen, unit works as new. ### ⭐ Defective *by R***N on January 6, 2021* I had to apply my own adhesive which is an inconvenience but not a big deal, however the product was faulty. I thought the pen worked fine but it does not. There seem to be horizontal lines across the entire screen that don't register at all. The pen slips over. While trying to calibrate the touch screen there are asparagus four points in the Middle streak registering a perpetual touch. The touch function does not work and I cannot use the pen. ### ⭐⭐ Would not recommend *by I***L on September 8, 2020* The screen itself if packed well and made sure any harsh delivery conditions will not stand in the way of it getting to you in one piece. However, be aware, there are several pieces needed to make it so that this screen can actually replace the screen of your surface, which are not included in with this screen. I could not make the screen work after replacement for one reason or another.
