I shorted them a star because the dimensions of the req'd concrete support wall was a bit fuzzy...I was having software update issues with my CAD software at the time I ordered this unit, and I couldn't open the dwg file their site had posted. .I saw a question in the Q&A section about the finished size of the unit, and I poured my support by that. A few days later, and before the doors arrived, I got the software issue resolved and downloaded their dwg file. From the file, it appeared that I had poured my base to the incorrect dimensions. But when the unit arrived, it fit the base I had poured from the Q&A dimensions perfectly. Very pleased that I had that software issue at the time.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just the size I need to close up the basement *by O***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2020* They look nice and do the job. I had to start with some pressure treated 2x6"s to match my opening since i had an old farm house and repoured inside an existing hole lined in stone but much pleased. ### ⭐ Don't expect quality when this shows up after a six week wait. *by T***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2020* The quality was poor, the door hinges were welded very poorly. The brackets were blown out by the welder and not completed. A quality welder would have checked his own work before it left the manufacturing plant. This was just plain LAZY work. I'm very disappointed with the product. Not to mention I sent the customer service a complaint along with photos and received nothing but crickets. Its just a short matter of time before the brackets break due to the extremely POOR craftsmanship. Don't worry though,, I'm an experienced tradesman and I'll be forced to bail out your poor quality product with my own skills and money.
