GLC2000 contains a broad spectrum of glucosamine (HCL, sulfate, & potassium) as well as chondroitin sulfate in ample dosage. As a personal trainer, my clients are predominantly in their 60s, 70s, even 80s. I immediately start all of my clients with joint aches, pains, injuries, or arthritis on GLC2000. True, it is slightly more expensive than a generic brand of glucosamine chondroitin BUT I know GLC2000 works where other products do not. One of my clients substituted the costco brand after she finished her bottle of GLC2000 and within a week, her shoulders, back, and knees were killing her! Another client just spent 2 months off from weight training with me because of elbow pain. During that time he did Physical Therapy twice a week with very little relief. He has always been hesitant to taking supplements, but I insisted that if his elbows weren't better after physical therapy then we have to get on GLC2000. We've been back at it lifting weights now for 6 weeks, gradually increasing the intensity. As long as we stretch, ice, and take GLC2000, his elbow pain is greatly reduced! I personally take GLC2000 to support my joints through the weight lifting that I do. I love that there is a powder option so that I can cap them myself. The GLC caps require me to take 6 per day, whereas when I cap them myself I can fit the entire dose into two capsules. Definitely better than taking so many pills everyday. I just slip a little in my breakfast drink each morning. It will sometimes clump a bit, but I don't really mind. I cannot tell it is working unless I skip a few days and then my joints start to hurt. I am 58 years old. I am mostly sedentary but do farm work on the weekends. I am 150 lbs, female. Each time I run out of this powder, it generally takes me a week or so to remember to order more and within that few weeks I will have joint pain in my elbows and knees.
