It simply bunches the material and jams the machine. Spend the extra money and get yourself the proper side cutter for your machine. Once you have bought these cheap ones they are non-returnable and companies who sold them to you seem to disappear by saying out of stock. Do yourself a favor and save money and headache by buying a solid one the first time.
