**Q: Have you lost weight?**
A: This bike quickly strengthened my leg muscles needing to go up from a squatting position in 1 session after experiencing sudden difficulty getting up from looking into a lower kitchen cabinet.   The bike's value is priceless to me!  You can use the bike as you wish, for how long or as challenging to you as you want.  How many calories you burn in order to loose weight will depend on how fast you go, the tension you set it at and how long you ride.   Just riding casually, easily, while watching a tv show or reading, etc. you WILL burn calories by moving your legs.  It's good for your circulation and muscle tone, too!  You can see the amount of calories you burn on the screen along with the speed and miles you rode as well as your heart rate.  Sometimes, I like to ride fast for 30 min. aerobics getting my pulse up. Other times, I push myself using tougher tension, but not riding as quickly. Hope this helps you. The bike is GREAT!

**Q: What kind of sound does it make as you pedal? Is it continuous or more like clicking. I'm afraid the latter would irritate me.**
A: After having this product for about 6 months it started making a horrible clunking noise internally from the right foot pedal. Contacted the manufacturer and received no help at all. Spraying WD-40 inside both foot pedals seemed to help with both the sound and the clunking, but it reoccurs quite often. Not sure what is going on, but all customer support wanted to know was what part I wanted to order. Not very helpful when I don't have any clue as to what the problem is. The clunking noise is so loud you cannot possibly be on a conference call while riding the bike. This defeats the purpose as sometimes I am on calls for 1 to 2 hours at a time and had hoped this bike would help me remain a bit active and not sedentary the whole time. If it weren't for this, I would rate this product five stars.

**Q: Can you use this while playing video games on line - and still get high scores?!**
A: Yes!  It is a very comfortable seat and desk!   You are secure, stable on it, even though your legs may be working hard.  Not a doctor, but bet you'll even do better having better blood circulation to your brain while releasing any tension caused by the video game using your legs, exercising, too!  Hope you have lots of fun on it while getting a great exercise! I love my bike!

**Q: I am 5'0 am I too short for this?**
A: Based on the assembly instruction, when fasten the seat on the movable bar, there are two positions you can choose, one is for people from 5'1" to 5'6", and another one is for people from 5'7" to 6'3". Let's call them low setting and high setting. Once you installed the seat on to the bar, and finished the whole machine, there is no easy adjustment between low setting and high setting. Please see my review for a picture of the instruction page that printed the two settings. 
For those who are struggling with the heights, maybe you just need to reattach the seat to a different position.
