After reading some of the reviews, I was worried that these pads would be too thin and wouldn't work well. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they absorb, I can wear them for a few hours and not worry about leaking which is nice. I was also surprised at how comfortable they are.They are so soft I forget I'm wearing them! Plus, they're super easy to clean! I just rinse them with cold water and wash them with some Dr Bronner's liquid soap and they're good. They are thin and about the same size as disposal regular winged pads. The ones I received had really cute and practical fabric patterns. They wash really well. I don't even have to soak them. They do leak, if you have a heavy flow, but other than that, they work great. Customer service is another story. I contacted the company about my order, and they were unconcerned, lacking of knowledge, etc. I love the pads, but can't be treated as though I'm not important enough to get an email back.
