Deceptively powerful, so if liquid is near the top of it’s container, it will slop over on the faster speeds. If possible it’s best to mix half amount then top up after whisking or you could for instance mix in a jug etc and decant. Because of having to progress through three speeds to the switch off position, it can prove quite tricky to remove the whisk from liquid without splashing. The best method I have found is to simply lift it out VERY QUICKLY at whatever speed it is working at. Slightly annoying you have to cycle through all three speeds to reach OFF.TOP TIP: As a work around if you quickly pinch the metal rod with your fingers when in use it will stop the which from spinning, allowing you to cycle through to OFF without having to allow everything to spray everywhere.
