You can offset this most of the time by adding a pinch of salt. It sounds odd, but it cuts the bitterness. I don't have to do that with this product. I love the vanilla flavor. It tastes very natural and delicious. Highly recommend.

Kal is the BEST! I love this for all sorts of uses: coffee, tea, making sugar free whipped cream, etc. To me it has no bitter taste. Some stevia products are quite bitter.
