I have always suspected that strength is not always judged by the size as proved by john. I still can't comprehend it, but I have seen bulky weightlifters who have lost to much smaller muscled guys. I think this is why large weight lifter rarely compete in arm wrestling comp. because they don't want there actual strength and explosive power compared. They are selling the shell and not the strength. The best comparison is dog sledding in Alaska, John has wolf muscles, the ones that can pull a sled for thousands of miles! However, there is some good information on technique and some information on training as well, so I wrote down some notes as I viewed this DVD. I wish there were more DVD's on Armwrestling.
