A pharmacist friend of mine had suggested it after getting a really bad case of the flu. She told me she had her employees on a preventative regimen of one tablet when they came in to work and one before they left. It is a very small place and there are a lot of germs flying around but not one employee has gotten sick in over six years. I tried it and was amazed at how fast I started to recover. I was also amazed that it was available at the health food store in the small town I was living in at the time. It is not an easy product to find at a brick and mortar store. Not even in large cities so I get it on line and always have it on hand. When we start into the 'flu season' or I am traveling, I start myself on a preventative regimen on one tablet in the morning and one at night....just to keep the green meanies at bay. The only time I have ever gotten sick was when I didn't do this and didn't take it after starting to get sick. BTW....I have NEVER gotten a flu shot. It works fast if you take enough ... it'll kick the cold within 48 hours. On the first feeling of any cold or flu, or even if you are feeling rundown and maybe one would come on, I double up for the first couple of days.So I take 2 capsules 3x per day for the first 2 days. Then I take 1 capsule 3x per day until I feel totally better. Then I take one capsule a day for another 4-5 days to make sure it doesn't come back. It works every time for me even for tough colds. These herbs are not harsh on the stomach or body but are very effective at stimulating the immune system.I have been using this product for 8 years and it has never failed me.
