I originally was very unhappy with this elliptical. While the shipping was quick and the assembly was easy it was not impressive, it was very noisy and the cover around the flywheel broke open after just a few uses. Well Snode reached out and wanted to know what was the issues. They listened to my concerns and stepped up and made it right. They replaced the whole machine no questions asked. They were very adamant about fixing this issue and their communication was excellent, only a short wait for a reply whenever i contacted them. So now after putting this one together I’m happy with it. The case around the wheel seems to fit better on this one and the noise More in line with what an elliptical should sound like ( no loud squeaking front the footrests/lower arms ) It is a lightweight treadmill so if you’re used to the big gym ones it will take some getting used to. Make sure it’s leveled completely with the rear foot adjustments. (And I did put some weights on the front legs to make it a little more stable) bit now I have a good machine to use at home for a moderate workout after breaking a foot and unable to run.
