I will not want to buy a China made cookware for any price.** A: Made in China **Q: what are the instructions to season the pan before use?** A: Mine came seasoned. Just washed it and then used some cooking spray once I warmed it up the first time. **Q: Why is it 1000 watts?** A: I never noticed that. It's a stove top waffle iron so maybe that's their way of telling you to keep it on medium heat. It doesn't use any wattage at all. It does make very good waffles. **Q: Is it preseasoned?** A: Yes, Preseasoned ## Frequently Bought Together - HAWOK Cast Iron Waffle Iron Waffle Maker - Full Circle Home Cast Iron Scrub Brush for Cookware, Dishes, Pots, Sinks - Sustainably Sourced with Bamboo Handle --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/137888863-hawok-cast-iron-waffle-maker-6-7-inch-round-pre](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/137888863-hawok-cast-iron-waffle-maker-6-7-inch-round-pre) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
