Something would go wrong as items of this nature typically do. Well it is working fine and looks great. It gives some "pizazz" to the room. It was super easy to install. The only thing is that it needs a USB Port. My T.V only has one and the antennae is connected to it so I didn't want to disconnect it. Luckily I have a USB Port Splitter that I could use to connect the antennae and this item to. I need to learn how to adjust the colors on the remote. The instructions are almost useless as far as that is concerned. I just started pressing buttons to see what would happen until I gave up because I had other things to do. Overall I like it. It may not be suited for some people but for people like me it is. It was hard to place it in the back of the TV evenly. So it does not light up evenly in the back, it also depends on the TV I believe. But the different modes and colors works great. If your tv is larger than like 40” you will need two of them to get the look you want. Also you can split the colors to create different themes. Really fun addition to a tv!
