## Description

Deluxe CD/DVD edition includes bonus DVD containing behind-the-scenes footage and more. 2013 release, the fifth studio album from the Metalcore band. Their first album since 2010, Common Courtesy which has seen a lot of delays. the album was announced by the band to great fanfare. The band initially self-released Common Courtesy earlier after a long legal dispute with Victory Records. Although the lawsuit was not completely settled, a judge ruled just days before the album release that the band could make Common Courtesy available to their fans.

Review: This album is so STRONG! - That is the best way I can summarize if it had to be in one word. I think it is their best album EVER! The metalcore parts are EPIC; heavier, more intense breakdowns and growling vocals. ("Sometimes You're the Hammer, Sometimes You're the Nail" & "Violence"!) Their Pop-punk tracks are endearing and as energetic as before. (especially on "I Surrender" & "End of Me"!) I don't know what else I have to say! If you're a fan of the band, a fan of metalcore, a fan of pop-punk, a fan of both, JUST BUY IT. From what I've interpreted from the album name and songs, this is an ode to everyone who was and has been there for ADTR. It is simply a "Common Courtesy" for the band to tell them 'thank you' if they hadn't done it enough. This album came out close to the end of 2013 and it surpassed all of the favorites that I had up until then! I almost forgot to mention my favorite tracks off the album! Definitely "City of Ocala", "Right Back at It Again", "Sometimes You're the Hammer, Sometimes You're the Nail", "Best of Me", "Violence (Enough is Enough)", "I Surrender",and "End of Me".
Review: Great Release - Been a fan of this band since their early releases. I was bummed about the delay after their initial single was released almost two years ago but it was worth the wait. I was excited that the cd version would contain 16 tracks and over an hour of music, something that is rare to see in music today. There is a great mix of heavy and light tracks, I felt each track had its own unique feel to it and it did not feel like one long song. Jeremy's vocals have never been better and he seems to improve with every new cd. I would have loved some more screaming parts but im biased toward the heavier songs. If you're on the fence about this one, I would definitely recommend it, especially for the price which includes a bonus DVD. Glad to see this cd released and I look forward to more from the band in the future.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This album is flat out amazing.
*by M***Z on December 29, 2013*

They have a new sound, but at the same time, you can hear the old Jeremy. They have a few heavy songs as well as upbeat ones, even acoustic songs that give me the chills. I received the CD fast. And it came with 2 discs. One containing 16 fantastic tracks. And the other one including the "Common Courtesy Series". Which are entertaining skits the band made about the album. This record is, in my opinion, the greatest one the band has released. Definitely an album for a true fan to own.
