What I could have used was a harp tuning key that actually worked past ten strings. Turning the key while it was on a peg resulted in the wood of the key moving, but the peg remaining still, as did the strings. So now I have a harp that I can't tune.Maybe the harp itself deserves a 5 star review. I wouldn't know. I studied classical guitar for 20 years, and I have continued to play for 50 years now. I wanted a new challenge, so I chose the harp. This harp is comfortable to play, even spacing on the strings, nice action, and good tone. A harp stick is a great help.
