It is very hard to perform chest exercises, however I did discover it is an awesome core developer. I use it for ab development. It really works the upper/lower abs, the serratus and obliques. I place one end on top of my shoes and press the other end down many times. I twist to one side then the other for a complete obliques workout. This really gives you a great core workout out in under five minutes. I would recommend this device only as an ab developer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Mediocre product *by A***R on July 11, 2019* Very mediocre product, the springs do not react very well. ### ⭐ no good *by A***H on July 27, 2019* its not smooth n there r no change to my muscles while im trying to use it even by time --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/138588518-dinsam-top-push-down-bar-chest-expander-for-home-gyms](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/138588518-dinsam-top-push-down-bar-chest-expander-for-home-gyms) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
