To apply mascara: Take the mascara wand & gently apply mascara to the tips of this comb by tapping on the top of the teeth. It will leave just a bit of mascara. Then comb thru your lashes starting at the bottom - BE CAREFUL - You can damage your eye with this tool!! This is a much neater/easier way to apply & it goes on lightly/dries quickly so you can reapply more if you want to amp it up. My mascara is great itself, but using this tool with it truly takes everything to the next level. The metal teeth as opposed to a plastic version is better. Before I learned about this useful makeup tool, I would individually separate any lashes that were clumped with a needle (yikes!) or a set of precision tweezers.
