She made some suggestions and among them was grapefruit juice. It has, she told me, amazing abilities to lower cholesterol (the bad cholesterol). Well, I figured, I have a juicer, I can make some cheaper than I can buy it. But my juicer is the kind that spares nothing and I guess I wasn't thinking because the rind got in and it was horrible. When I made some by using the juicer on my food processor, they still squinted their eyes. Uh uh!Then I saw this. Could it be possible to get the benefits of grapefruit juice in a tablet? I asked the doctor and she hadn't heard of it but when I ran down the ingredients she said that the right stuff was in these pills. This is the perfect solution for those people who need the benefits of something that will lower cholesterol but can't stand the taste of the juice.
