Thankfully do not have celiac, just a lot of sensitivity which results in serious discomfort. I have been gluten-free for three years. So, when I was told about this product I jumped on it!Here is what I have experienced: I took two before my birthday dinner which was linguini/scallops in a light sauce, a few bites of a mud pie and a glass of wine.I was fine. No issues at all. Since then I have used them, on several occasions, while dinning out.All has been good until I got a little nutso and ate a plate of fettuccini Alfredo and too much bread. The gluten and heavy dairy was too much.
