Got in contact with Amazon and they corrected the issue. In few days time, the probes reached my home. I tested the probes out on my home’s ac and it’s easy to use. Downloading the smart probe app is a breeze. Move over 557, the smart probes are my go to. Love them so much, I ended up getting the rest of the probes. I didn’t have a problem losing connectivity from different sites.
