I ordered two...they were from the same people but from two different "places" on Amazon, if that makes sense. One of them was delivered within two days via FedEx and the other came two days after the first one via USPS. I'm not sure why the shipping was different but as to the quality of the products, that is irrelevant. The pads are very soft and they are beautiful! I have not washed them yet so I don't know how they will hold up when they are washed. Oh, I read some reviews that said these pads were very thin and I'd like to say, "how". They are at least an inch thick. My seventy-pound AussieDoodle loves his and my daughter's husky hybrid loves hers.
