### ⭐⭐⭐ Has a film that will not wash off with water.

If using this for a pond, be aware it has a white film that i could not remove. I have a firestone liner in my pond and got this to add a waterfall. However,  it has a white-gray film that rubs off, but will not wash off with water. I have it sitting outside, and doubt I will use it. I have no idea if its actually harmful to the fish. Not sure if I want to find out.
