I downloaded from a hard drive from an HP with Windows 7 to Dell computer with Windows 10 and had no problem. Transferred all files to my desktop with no problem. **Q: I have windows 10 and it is recognizable on it. Can anybody tells me what should I do or from where i can download the driver?** A: I have yet to have 4 different products similar (hard drive and DVD drive) to this type of devices fail to automatically install on Win10 and just start working and the attached Hard Drive will show up in File Explorer. so no need for an additional driver -- if it's recognized, then your drive is already installed. The only exception I can think of is if your drive hasn't been formatted yet. So you have to go to the Disk Manager where it will show up so you can format it. I used Samsung magician software, and it recognized the AGPTEK device. I would have given it five stars, but the 2.0 device was slow. It took four hours to transfer the data. Once you hook everything up give it some time to show up and go to search and type in "diskmgmt.msc". Then wait it will show up and ask to format the new drive, format and you're ready to go.
