The button over the volume to turn sound up kept getting stuck so either it won't work at all, or it holds it down so my volume is turned all the way up all the time. Kinda annoying. Other than the buttons I love it. I like how thin it is so I can put it in my pocket.UPDATE: The buttons on the side finally adjusted and are no longer getting stuck. Also, I have dropped my phone onto concrete numerous times and shut my phone and my finger in the house door and every time it has protected my phone (and finger!). The plasticy feel mixed with the rough edges just aren't pleasant. Got my daughter a same brand different color case that was a different finish and rounded and it is much, much better. My other complaint, the main reason for 3 stars, is that the power/wake button is hard to press. In trying to wake it with my thumb I inevitably turn up the volume because of the pressure put on the other side with my fingers. The dual layer case I had for my old S3 had a silicone layer to absorb shock, then the hard plastic shell over that. On this one, the inner layer is just another plastic, not very flexible or form fitting.
