If you are a larger sized person, be aware that this harness will be a tight fit, even with the adjustments fully let out. I also had to experiment with the best connection point on the extension wand. With my extension wand I found the best location was to connect the harness clip to the lend of the extension. It took a little time to figure out the best way to use it though since there was no instruction on how to use. The pictures I found online shows using your right hand and the clip on the right. My experimentation found that is was best to use your left hand for the trigger and clip on the right. This way the wand is across your body as opposed to along your right hip. I also had to experiment with where to mount the attachment for the clip on the wand which is probably more personal preference. I'm 160lbs 5' 8" and it even seems a little small in "height" for me. Doesn't really fit as low as it should, if you know what I mean. but I'll make do, and I'm sure it'll be fine.
