I thought it was going to be bigger but I can work with the size. The vibration is a lot better than other machines. Does give a good workout if you know what you're doing otherwise its good to massage your muscles. Either way good. Vibration is deep not just a toppling table moving it really goes deep in your tissues and muscles.Cons: the machine looked like it was used and returned. But I figured I am still able to use it. Remote was broken emailed manufacturer and still waiting for the remote and its been over 30 days. Still upset about this I changed the battery and the cover was barely keeping on the remote. Plus it didnt work with the vibration machine i would press the button and wouldnt do anything.
