Definitely not as heavy as a true Korean mink blanket, but heavy enough. It is very warm and soft. The main negative is that the word "vivalon" is stamped on the blanket in a contrasting color. No other review mentions this fact. At first, I thought it was a defect or the blanket had gotten made from the end of the fabric. I contacted the seller and was told "This is not a defect its normal that you have the print on the blanket to have the authentic part of the blanket, this was made in purpose to in order to avoid counterfeit of an item. If there is no Vivalon mark then its a counterfeit item." I have included a picture I took and then one that was sent to me by the company. I find it frustrating that NONE of the pictures provided of the item show this when they clearly have the images that they sent to me. I would return it but don't think it's worth the return shipping.
