A: Thank you for your interest in the ODL Flat Diffuser.  Yes, this is the full Diffuser Assembly that will come with the Ceiling Ring that the Bottom Tube snaps into.  Marcia / ODL

A: Yes, the glass is tempered.  Marcia / ODL

**Q: Where can I get  the ceiling ring mount that holds the diffuser and tube in place?**
A: It comes with the light, if not check with the company or check on e-bay .

**Q: Will this fit into my 12" solatube? They don't seem to make replacements for a 12" solatube.**
A: I would guess no. It is about 13" total but the hanging hooks are in from the outside of the ring, so the 12" would probably run into/cover one or all of the hooks.
