I ordered 2 sets of these to get a total of 8 chairs. The first box of 4 came with no problem. The chairs are beautiful. Everything was just perfect. The second box came the next day. The box had obviously broke and was taped back together which I could understand. It was a 50lb box. Come to find out, 3 of the cushions are missing, 2 of the backs had been taken out of the protective plastic and there were missing legs. I have been unable to get into contact with anyone about this problem. So, I love the chairs.
