## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this come original box and is it nice a new looking it’s a gift and many times I buy on line the box is a mess**
A: I bought Fur Real Cubby and Dinosaur and both items are absolutely gorgeous. Well packaged, and both items were gifts for my daughter. Cubby the bear was a Santa gift last Christmas and it was so neatly packaged and box was in perfect condition. I love them myself!! I would fully recommend them.

**Q: Why before black friday this product sold for £82 now selling for £114 why the increase**
A: Because it's Christmas season and this toy has been selling incredibly well even for high prices.

**Q: Is there any differences between cubby bear and panda bear? Apart from one being a bear and the other a panda.**
A: No difference

**Q: Where, oh where is the secret battery compartment? Instructions completely useless-was this compiled by a 4 year old?**
A: There is a Velcro strip over the battery compartment which is located between the tail and the on/off switch.
