I am very pleased with this nebulizer and the noise level is quite decent. There is a back compartment to tuck-in the wire and a storage compartment at the front for your masks and air tube. The extra storage/carrying bag is just great to pack everything neatly. The unit is compact and lightweight which makes it perfect for travel. Better quality and much quieter than the one I have been using. This is one of those electrical ones and is not battery-operated. Accessories fit well. Comes with two nebulizer masks for child and adult. Requires cleaning like any other. I use mild detergent and it seems to get the job done. Up to you if you prefer disinfecting it but its recommended in the instructions. Comes with a bag which is handy so I can keep everything together.I use it with Albuterol. Medication rate is decent enough.
