I contacted the manufacturer, Ekster, who said that I would need to contact the third-party seller for a warranty claim. The third-party seller said they would refund or replace the item after receiving the defective item. The third-party seller was quick and had great communications in replacing the item.Update: The replacement wallet trigger button broke within a few weeks. ### ⭐ Button broke after only 6 weeks *by C***T on Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2018* I really liked this wallet until the button broke today, I’ve only had it for six weeks. I showed it off quite a bit. That was until last night when I pressed the card trigger and it completely snapped off. The wallet is completely useless now and a waste of $70 as I couldn’t even get my cards out of the broken wallet without shoving a key into the trigger slot. I’m starting to see this is a common problem with these wallets. Just frustrating that I didn’t see those reviews earlier. I really hope either Ekster or TheGroupDeal remedies this. Until then, I can unfortunately only give this previously wonderful wallet 1 star.Update: I contacted the third party seller TheGroupDeal and they were incredibly efficient in helping me.
