So far so good - So on my personal 2002 Ford explorer 4.6 I have had a lot of issues with coil packs. My fault because I can not afford (nor do I want to buy) a set of $450 Motorcraft coil packs on a truck not worth more than $2k and I plan to sell soon. With that said I have gone through more than 2 sets of coil packs (18 coils) in less than one year. Problem is they are all chinese coils just like these. BUT after installing these I did notice a much stronger and smoother running engine. I do believe the engine has a bit more power which improved my transmissions shifting and engines gas mileage by about 20-30 miles per tank. Also idles much smoother than ever. I am happy with the switch and will report back if any start to fail with in the next 12 months.
