Review: GREAT picks. - I have how much I love these picks... only because they are a bit spendy compared to the picks I have been using for years and years. Price aside though, these picks feel really really great to use and I think they are well worth the price. I opted for the .73mm picks, and I find that these are easy to hold onto thanks to the scoring of the letters, and I really like how the bulk of the pick is thicker, but the business end is a bit thinner: trem picking seems a bit more controlled to me, and the predictability for things like pinch harmonics is definitely there. I will definitely be buying more of these: they are expensive, but well worth it. Review: Solid, Firm Grip - Solid grip, and not too thin. (I like the stiffer .73's, the .88's, and the 1.0's.) Good for both six-string electric and acoustic guitars. ## Features - Hand-burnished sculpted edges - Made from Ultex in the USA - Surface: Grip - Gauge: .73mm - Quantity: 3 Picks ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00JB4WFDG | | Best Sellers Rank | #553 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #16 in Guitar Picks & Bass Picks | | Body Material Type | Ultex | | Brand | Jim Dunlop | | Brand Name | Jim Dunlop | | Color | Multicolor | | Compatible Devices | Guitar | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 1,563 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00710137076440 | | Guitar Pick Thickness | .73mm | | Included Components | 3 guitar picks | | Item Dimensions | 4.4 x 0.1 x 3.4 inches | | Item Type Name | Primetone Standard .73mm Sculpted Plectra with Grip - 3 Pack | | Manufacturer | Jim Dunlop | | Manufacturer Part Number | 510P073 | | Material | Ultex | | Material Type | Ultex | | Model Name | Primetone Standard .73mm Sculpted Plectra with Grip - 3 Pack | | Model Number | 510P073 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 3 | | Number of Pieces | 3 | | Set Name | 3 Pack | | Size | .73mm | | Style | 3 Pack | | UPC | 710137076440 | | Unit Count | 3 Count | | Warranty Description | Please contact manufacturer for warranty information. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid, Firm Grip *by D***. on August 8, 2026* Solid grip, and not too thin. (I like the stiffer .73's, the .88's, and the 1.0's.) Good for both six-string electric and acoustic guitars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent pick, holds up well, sounds great. *by P***Z on October 16, 2025* These picks are fantastic. Lately celluloid picks seem to be wearing out and breaking incredibly easily, and that's amongst all the main manufacturers. I was looking at my options when I saw these and though skeptical of the price, I tried them out and they're totally worth it. After several days of frequent playing, it looks brand new. It would have been two or three celluloid picks at that rate. They feel great, the texture certainly helps with grip, though I wish the grip extended a little closer to the tip. This material is much stiffer than nylon or celluloid, so you may want a thinner size than you typically use. Now the only problem is not losing them. ## Frequently Bought Together - Dunlop Primetone Standard .73mm Sculpted Plectra with Grip , 3 Pack - JIM DUNLOP Primetone Standard .88mm Sculpted Plectra (Smooth) - 3 Pack - Dunlop Primetone Standard 1.0mm Sculpted Plectra (Smooth) - 3 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/14549489-jim-dunlop-primetone-standard-grip-pick-73mm-3-pack](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/14549489-jim-dunlop-primetone-standard-grip-pick-73mm-3-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
