### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars

    Best grain free bread!

This is amazing. There's a bit of a learning curve so the first batch wasn't as good as the second. But the second try was as perfect as it gets for a gluten free bagel. A couple directions that would have been helpful:Let dough rest with the yeast for 20 minutes (this helped the texture immensely.Rest for 30 minutes after taking out of the oven.Slice open and toast in oven or toaster oven.Maybe just my oven, but they needed to be on the top rack (the first batch burned on the bottom at 18 minutes).I put on the top rack, took out at 22 minutes (any more and they would be burned). They freeze nicely.

    Going into my standard rotation

I have no bread making experience and no baking beyond cake mixes and I found this to be very easy. A very slight sweetness, I assume from the honey used to activate (?) the yeast. So far I've enjoyed as a hamburger bun and an egg sandwich (as I have a small tolerance for organic cage free eggs). Even though I still have a package of mix left, I just bought 2 more.
