The only protein powder that really nailed graham cracker was Muscle Milk. That stuff was AWESOME (the graham cracker flavoring that is). The chocolate chips in this fall to the bottom and are kind of wasted, it's more like a chocolate flavored protein powder with marshmallows and chocolate chips, that you don't really get unless you spoon them out at the end. They should take a look at Grenade's "Chocolate Charge" they have these pieces of chocolate/cookie that float and I think something like that would work better with the marshmallows.
