I never need to go back to the lock to change the access codes. I've used other smart locks but so far this is the best one I have come across. Unfortunately the above was very short lived as after a few days the lock started to take far too long to re.lock , having spoken with Igloohome they suggested changing the battery , which i did , no change really , still a bit to long , but decided to live with it and be a little patient . Today , the gardener was locked out for an hour , i came home to assist with no success , neither bluetooth nor any codes worked , we tried and tried and tried ..until finally for no good reason Voila it opened ..Thank you God !!! This is a product that by it very nature has to work perfectly all the time , or your in big embarrassing trouble , and i simply feel rightly or wrongly that the problems will outweigh the benefits and sooner or later , probably sooner < i would be locked out again ...
