Review: Amazing Quality for what it is! - I've been on a weightloss journey and my old scale finally gave me its last reading. It feels like a death in a way. Its been there from the beginning. I've bought a handful of scales and sent them back for various reasons, ie; the app was glitchy or it didn't have good readings, hard to manuver etc. So I bought this solely on the reviews. And I am SO Happy I DID! This little machine is SUCH a great value for what it is, and accurate too. We love that we can upload family stats so each person has there own profile. Super duper easy to set up, no issues with warnings from Nortons for a security issues. App was easy to upload and it walks you through it all. Honestly, I'm loving this and my personal trainer does too! Gives us more information to wrap into my weightloss picture! There's a "popular" scale going around IG right now, I was refunded for it...and BOUGHT this instead. Hands down a great decision!
Review: Happy with it So far! - So far I'm entirely pleased about my product. I have to admit INEVIFIT's stellar customer service built up my excitement long before I received my product. I have to commend great customer service that goes above and beyond when I see it. It makes such a difference and I hope this review helps to encourage Dereck and his team to never lose that personal touch. The packaging was pretty good and my scale came in tip-top condition. I'm located overseas so this was a bit of concern with regards to the risk of damages incurred during shipping. This turned out to be no issue at all. The scale and App were both VERY easy to set up. It gives great readings that are no doubt incredibly useful. I can't verify how accurate they all are but I'll be sure to compare them with readings I receive from my general physician in due time. The good thing, whether accurate or not, having these readings are a great motivation to get in better shape. I just LOVE it! I'll be sure to send another review maybe 2 or 3 months later after I've had time to use this product for a longer period of time.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will the app ask to have access to my private information/contacts/photos/camera? I dont trally trust apps that do that.**
A: Hi,
Thank you for your question. This APP will not ask for your private information/contacts/photos/camera. In the case that you have an Android smartphone, please note that it will require you to have your location-enabled. This is not due to the APP, but a requirement from Android for the APP's Bluetooth connection to work with Android phones and the scale.
Given that this is not a requirement on iOS you will find that iPhones do not ask for the location since it is not a requirement by the operating system for iPhones. I hope that this fully answers your question and that this brings confidence so that you know exactly what to expect.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.
Best regards,
-The INEVIFIT Team.

**Q: Do you have to use the app to see your weight?**
A: Hi Robin,
Thank you for your question. You can use the scale without the app but only for body weight which is displayed on the scale screen. If you wish to see your body composition, you must connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth using our free INEVIFIT app. The scale only displays body weight and all other metrics are shown in the app. Please let us know if this fully answers your question.
Best regards,
-The INEVIFIT Team.

**Q: I would like to know is the text format could be use as relatory to gibe to a pacient ? Is it beautiful?**
A: Hi Luciana,
Thank you for your question. The text email is very simple and direct. It shows the information as follows;

Weight: XX
BMI: XX
Fat rate: XX
Muscle Mass: XX
Body Water: XX
Visceral Fat: XX
Bone Mass: XX
BMR: XX
____________

If you would like a more beautiful presentation I suggest that you take a screenshot of the main results page and then email the results as an image.
Please let us know if this fully answers your question.
Best regards,
-The INEVIFIT Team.

A: Hi,
Yes, the app is completely free :)
Please let us know if this fully answers your question.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great scale AND company!
*by L***6 on February 26, 2026*

I bought this scale back in 2020! It is now March 2026. It has always worked great. Sends my weight and all extra info (% fat, muscle, water, etc) to my phone quickly for me to keep track. Suddenly, after many years of use, it was giving me my weight on the scale but no longer sending my data to my phone. I called customer service and it ended up just being a low battery. Customer service is fast and wonderful, and they took the time to email me back quickly. They recommended that I call to do some troubleshooting steps, so I did. A representative answered quickly. This product is 100% good quality and lasts, and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend if you’re trying to keep track of your weight and the extra details.
