I really tried to make it work, as a female I thought perhaps I was not strong enough to push it in. Nope, it just did not work. That was a big hassle. Now! This one, I was so hesitant this was going to work but with a little push it went right in, another push to put it in place and it worked perfectly!!!! I selected this product on my second try because I thought if they put so much effort into their packaging and providing the plastic tools to get the old one out, perhaps they provide a good product and I was right!!!! It matches the interior of my '09 Toyota Camry LE perfectly. Installation tool all of 1 minute, as the hardware was pre-assembled and simply needed to be snapped into place.I was unable to test the tools meant for removing the old visor, as I'd already removed mine long ago. However, the tools seem great for the job.My one complaint is that the printed instructions were very faded and hard to read.
