The on/off button was cracked or something. Long story short: not durable. Sent it back and Amazon immediately credited my account though. Thanks guys. In the meantime I bought a Proctor Silex at Big Lots for $9.99 and it works as well as a $10 blade grinder should be expected to work, and that's good enough for me (until I start dropping major coin on gourmet beans). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use *by S***J on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2016* I needed a coffee grinder for the occasional time I get whole beans as a gift. So I thought I would give this a try.I won't be using it all the time so I was looking at some of the more inexpensive models and this one didn't have any reviews so I bought it. I haven't heard of it but figured it was worth a shot.Use:I washed it after taking out of the package and it was very easy to clean. I place a portion of beans in, put the lid on and in a short while I had ground coffee! This is one where you push down on the lid and it triggers the blade to move. This prevents inadvertently turning it on without the cover being seated properly. I found I was able to get a reasonably consistent size grain, I did periodically shake the container to make sure everything was evenly distributed.Pros:This unit is easy to use and clean.
