Case covers tablet snug and securely. It closes with a magnet flap so you keep the front of the tablet covered. My daughter won't put the tablet down. She takes it everywhere she goes.. even if she's just inside the house! I think she will be very sad if this case gets damaged.Customer service was very helpful and caring. Ordered the wrong case but i received a quick response and the rep was eager to help. I was not blamed for the error, which is a plus, and instead i was provided with options to sort the issue. Rep was determined, trustworthy and honest.
