Right fit all around for my size
I'm 5ft 8inch tall, 170lb slender. I wear these collar shirts only in the wilderness or national parks. The medium size is just perfect all around and align to my figure and is not a rectangle wide shirt. The helm goes down to the side of the pocket which keeps me covered from rain or insects if I'm hiking in the wilderness. Soft, thin, some stretch poplin fabric for layering or hot climate. Just perfect all around and will order more colors. I hope Goodthreads keeps this cut and make more patterns.

Great quality but I hate it. Read below.
I bought the Blue Flower dobby shirt and have worn it once every week for the past 4.5 months. The build quality is great. It still looks and feels new, even with the hard water that we have. But I hate it, and this is why.1. I didn't give much thought to the fine print which says "this weave produces raised threads on the backside of the fabric where the pattern exists". Sounds like it's not a big deal, but it is! What this means is that the flower pattern on the outside looks perfect, while on the inside, there is a big fabric ball behind every single flower pattern. That is many, many fabric balls (maybe 200?) on the inside of your shirt. Cumulatively, they create lots of friction and make the shirt very uncomfortable to wear. I did get used to them a little, but never completely. I hate wearing mine.2. Sizing sucks if you have even a little bit of a belly. I am 6'0", 155 lbs, obviously pretty slender with a little bit of a belly coming up. Pant size 32". I bought a medium. When I wear this shirt, it wraps tight around my belly and shows every curve from the sides and front. Like I said, I hate wearing this shirt.There is a Goodthreads alternative to this which has neither of the 2 problems above. runs a bit small
beautiful shirt, am going to buy again but I usually take large and am going to get extra large. The shirt seems well made and i love the color. need one size up

Size down, maybe
I got a few of these shirts. I'm 6'0 and 145Lbs, so slimmer guy.My first one was a medium and fit just ok. Kept it, still liked it, just rolled the sleeves up for a more-snug fit around my arms. Breezy shirt.My second one in medium came and looked totally clownishly large. Returned it and decided to try out a small. Small fits PERFECTLY, and my arms look much less shrimpy in it. I'm usually a medium in a t-shirt, but small sometimes. For what it's worth, if you're on the fence, size DOWN. Billowy arms don't make your muscles look particularly large.

Fits slim men really well, washes well, looks nice
This shirt is one of his faves for summer - looks nice and very cool. Shirts in this line tend to wrinkle a bit - I got two, and the plaid one wrinkles less and the pinstriped one a bit more, so the fabrication must differ a bit from shirt to shirt. I take them out of the dryer when they're not quite dry, smooth them out by hand and hang them to dry completely. They don't look ironed, but they look good enough to wear. But probably wouldn't wear to a traditional office except on casual days.

Didn’t work out
We ended up returning this because my husband felt it was too tight across the back when he moved and the atm holes were cut too high and we’re uncomfortable fit him. He’s a slim built dude so this was disappointing especially because it was purchased for family pictures.

Nice shirt, a bit big.
Great shirt. I ordered 2. One was a light blue check and one was this one. Both were size small but this one was very baggie dispite saying slim fit. I returned it and was refunded.... eventually 🙄

Good values for casual shirt
Like the price - though they vary by size colour and day to day. Fit is OK but not as good as more expensive shirts, same for the material - everyday shirt but not smart "best clothes".Could consider going up a size (or eating less).
